Guiding paths, Empowering futures
At NHYIRA SWISS-AFRICA FOUNDATION, our primary focus is on empowering vulnerable children and young adults in Ghana.
Our programs are designed to benefit those who need it most, with a specific emphasis on:
Children (Age 6-15)
We aim to support vulnerable children between the ages of 6 and 15 who are struggling to access essential resources such as
education, healthcare, and nutrition. Our programs for this age group include afterschool academic support, recreational
activities, and skill-building initiatives designed to help them thrive.
Young Adults (Age 16-22)
Our programs also extend to young adults between the ages of 16 and 22 who have limited access to job training, education,
and healthcare. We provide hands-on skill-building opportunities, vocational training, and mentorship to equip them with the
skills needed to succeed in their chosen careers.
By targeting these age groups, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage, empowering vulnerable children and
young adults to become positive contributors to their communities and society as a whole.
Provide targeted assistance to underprepared, struggling, or at-risk students to improve their
academic performance and success in higher education.
Improve students’ academic skills and confidence through individualized support and guidance.
